The team is seeking a Manager - Business Process Engineering to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business process management and engineering, with a focus on leveraging technology to optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of business process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and measure the impact of process changes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and systems.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices in process engineering and management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business process engineering and management.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and API-first approaches.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Exposure to additional backend languages such as Python, Go, or Elixir is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in business process engineering or a related field.
