The team is seeking a skilled Manager of Billing Operations to lead their billing team and ensure accurate and timely billing processes. This role is critical in managing cloud cost optimization and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective billing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the billing operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement billing processes and policies to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on billing and revenue recognition.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage customer inquiries related to billing and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in billing operations or financial management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of billing software and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
