The team is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Manager - Applications Development specializing in the MEAN Stack. This role will be based in Gurugram and offers a hybrid work environment, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
As a Lead Software Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of scalable Shared Services that incorporate AI capabilities. Collaboration is essential, as you will work within a team that follows agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains innovative.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on the MEAN stack.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud services and AI integration is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
