The team is seeking a Senior Mainframe Security Consultant with expertise in IBM Mainframe logical security. This hybrid position is available in Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad, and involves a client-facing role focused on security administration, upgrades, migrations, audits, and compliance across enterprise mainframe environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support CA ACF2 for mainframe security.
- Manage RACF security protocols as needed.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and implement solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations to enhance security measures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members on security best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with CA ACF2 (mandatory) and RACF (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of IBM Mainframe environments and security protocols.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in mainframe security.
