The team is seeking a Magento Backend Lead to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Magento 2 modules, extensions, and custom functionalities. You will optimize the performance, scalability, and security of Magento applications while ensuring high-quality code standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Magento 2 modules and custom functionalities.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Magento applications.
- Design and implement API integrations (REST/SOAP) and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Work with MySQL for complex queries and database optimization.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate UI components.
- Ensure code quality by following Magento coding standards and best practices.
- Manage deployment processes in cloud environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Magento 2 development.
- Proficiency in PHP and MySQL.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with cloud deployment processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in Magento backend development or related fields.
