About this role
The team is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer/Senior Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) with a strong focus on MLOps to tackle a variety of cutting-edge data analytics and machine learning challenges across multiple industries. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their business context and translate business problems and technical constraints into actionable technical requirements for the desired analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their specific needs.
- Design and implement MLOps practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality input for machine learning algorithms.
- Continuously evaluate model performance and iterate on solutions to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in machine learning and data analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
