About this role
The team is seeking an expert-level Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, working in a hybrid model of 2 days in the office. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python and be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and optimizing production-grade machine learning systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of machine learning with robust software engineering, system design, and MLOps capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Build and maintain scalable ML systems in production environments.
- Optimize existing models for performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into applications.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve model accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning / ML Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for deployment and monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
