The team is seeking experienced Freelance and Full-Time Corporate Trainers in Software Technologies to join their team. The ideal candidates will deliver comprehensive training modules with a strong focus on job placement mentorship. This role requires expertise in advanced and current technologies across various job consulting areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end training modules in software development and related technologies.
- Provide mentorship to trainees, ensuring they are job-ready.
- Handle advanced topics in Java, .Net, web and mobile technologies.
- Cover ERP and cloud solutions including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and Google Apps.
- Stay updated with market demands and adjust training content accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training and mentoring in IT/software technologies.
- Strong knowledge of current software development practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Relevant certifications in software technologies are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in IT training or a related field.
