About this role
The team is seeking an experienced LLM Systems / AI Agent Engineer to join their dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI agents and large language models (LLMs) to enhance user interactions and automate processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various applications, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI agents using LLMs to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing AI systems and applications, with a focus on LLMs.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying AI solutions.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or a related field.
