About this role
The team is seeking a skilled LLM Research Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing large language models (LLMs) for question and answering applications, utilizing both synthetic and proprietary data sets. You will also focus on productizing back-end services through microservices, REST APIs, and various machine learning and natural language processing libraries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve LLM models tailored for the automotive ecosystem.
- Fine-tune models using synthetic and proprietary datasets to enhance performance.
- Implement back-end services leveraging microservices architecture.
- Utilize REST APIs to facilitate seamless integration with other systems.
- Apply customized algorithms and NoSQL datastores to support data management needs.
- Conduct core research and translate findings into practical applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in machine learning and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and data management.
- Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for research.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in LLMs, ML, or NLP.
