About this role
The team is seeking an experienced LLM Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will design and implement LLM-based features across various products, including clinician-facing assistants and automated diagnostic flows. You will also build internal tools, APIs, and developer-facing utilities to enable scalable LLM integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement LLM-based features for clinician-facing assistants and automated diagnostic flows.
- Build internal tools and APIs to facilitate scalable LLM integrations.
- Collaborate with prompt engineers to design modular, composable workflows such as RAG, chaining, and structured prompting.
- Evaluate model performance and behavior across tasks using human feedback and automated metrics.
- Optimize latency, cost, and resource utilization of LLM implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in LLM technologies and implementations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Experience in building APIs and internal tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in LLM engineering or related fields.
