About this role
The team is seeking an experienced LLM / Chatbot Engineer to design and develop intelligent chatbot and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), chatbot development, and Docker. Familiarity with Azure and vLLM will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop LLM-powered chatbot and conversational AI solutions.
- Integrate LLMs into enterprise chatbot applications.
- Develop scalable and production-ready chatbot services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and optimize chatbot performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and their applications in chatbot technology.
- Proficiency in Docker and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in LLM and chatbot development.
