The team is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management.
- Design and develop engaging training programs and materials using various formats, including e-learning and workshops.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
