The team is seeking a Senior Analyst in Learning Content Development to join their team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, interactive, and scalable learning solutions using modern digital tools, multimedia, and e-learning platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative learning content for various e-learning platforms.
- Utilize multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Implement best practices in instructional design and learning methodologies.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary adjustments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning Content Development or related field.
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience: 4-6 years in Learning Content Development or a related area.
