The team is seeking a Leading Associate Vice President - QA Engineering Manager with a strong background in SaaS solutions. This role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers and collaborate closely with development and product teams to enhance product quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA engineering team to ensure effective testing strategies and processes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Mentor and train QA team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and software testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
