About this role
The team is seeking a Leading Associate Vice President - IAM Engineering Manager to join their Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will oversee the management of connector developments and lead initiatives in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and IAM onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the IAM engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Oversee the development and integration of connectors for Sailpoint IIQ and Cyberark.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM processes and practices.
- Implement CI/CD practices to streamline development workflows.
- Utilize JIRA for project management and tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Sailpoint IIQ, Identity IQ, and Cyberark.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and tools.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IAM best practices and compliance requirements.
Experience:
- 13-17 years of relevant experience in IAM engineering and management.
