About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to drive the sustenance and continuous enhancement of their live o9 Integrated Supply Chain platform. This role is crucial for ensuring stable platform uptime and delivering ongoing value across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sustenance of the o9 platform across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Procurement.
- Lead a team of technical consultants to implement best practices and optimize platform performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring they maximize the platform's potential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with o9 Integrated Supply Chain solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a post-implementation support role is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technical consulting or supply chain management.
