About this role
The team is seeking a Lead - Teamcenter PLM Developer to join their Program Phoenix, a multi-year initiative aimed at building a real-time enterprise utilizing S/4 HANA, Teamcenter PLM, and MS-Dynamics CRM. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and integration of PLM systems within the Idea to Product (I2P) value stream, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end process build, integration, and testing for the I2P value stream.
- Provide technical guidance for developing and deploying Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of PLM systems with business objectives.
- Design and implement system enhancements and optimizations to improve performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLM applications and integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and provide leadership within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Teamcenter PLM, including customization and integration.
- Proficiency in S/4 HANA and MS-Dynamics CRM.
- Solid understanding of PLM processes and methodologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in PLM development and integration.
