The team is seeking a Lead/Staff Salesforce Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and Salesforce development methodologies.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements to leverage in projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
- Experience with integration tools and APIs, such as REST and SOAP.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce engineering or a similar role.
