About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to drive the development of new generation applications utilizing cloud-enabled technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional business teams to gather and prioritize requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and translate them into relevant documentation for IT implementation.
- Oversee the delivery of solutions for various verticals including SME, Consumer, PL, Salaried, and Collections.
- Design and architect scalable solutions that leverage cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solution architecture, particularly in cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of application development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and frameworks.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture or a related field.
