The team is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the needs of the organization while ensuring alignment with business goals. You will leverage your expertise in architecture and technology to guide the development of scalable and efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to enhance system performance and agility.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and developers in best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solution architecture with a strong understanding of software development life cycle.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in solution architecture or related fields, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
