The team is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python Development and DevOps to join their team in Bangalore. This role involves leading a team of developers and collaborating on various projects to enhance software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using Python.
- Manage DevOps practices, ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes.
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and integrate REST APIs.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python Development, specifically with frameworks like Flask and FastAPI.
- Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 8-10 years in software development, with a focus on Python and DevOps practices.
