The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Python, AWS, and SQL to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for solving complex problems and guiding other engineers through code, design, and architecture. You will own the technical direction and architecture within a defined area, mentor peers, and enhance the quality of solutions through reuse and hands-on support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in AWS and SQL.
- Proven experience in software development and architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in software development, with a focus on leading projects and mentoring teams.
