The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with a focus on Performance Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting solutions that enhance the performance and scalability of the team’s digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance across various applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance testing strategies and frameworks.
- Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in performance engineering techniques.
- Monitor application performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in performance engineering and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering, with a focus on performance engineering.
