About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with expertise in .Net to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable systems while providing technical direction to the engineering team. You will take ownership of engineering projects from conception through deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software applications using .Net technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the application.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with .Net framework and related technologies.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
