The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Java Full Stack development. This role is crucial for engineering, managing, and developing enterprise-based applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, business partners, and senior engineers, fostering collaboration across technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in software development.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and testing practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java and full stack development (front-end and back-end).
- Proficiency in frameworks and tools such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a focus on Java Full Stack development.
