About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of highly scalable distributed services. In this role, you will collaborate with product engineering teams and stakeholders to drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and robust architectural practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of backend systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE backend development.
- Proficient in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and JPA frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
