The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer / Dot Net Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. This role requires a strong background in commercial .NET development within complex application environments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple parallel development streams and will be adept at debugging complex production code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize and tune MS SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Provide effective workarounds for urgent fixes in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
- Ensure a balance between speed and quality in software development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of commercial .NET development experience.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development principles.
- Proficient in MS SQL Server, including performance tuning and complex queries.
- Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to software development.
