The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative software solutions that enhance the accounts receivable workflow and payment processing for B2B clients. You will lead a team of engineers, drive best practices in software development, and contribute to the overall architecture of the systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting code reviews and testing.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate relevant advancements into projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
