About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Lead Software Engineer/Architect specializing in ServiceNow. In this role, you will provide end-to-end design leadership across our digital ecosystem. You will shape and govern the architecture for automation, integration, and platform engineering capabilities, with a particular focus on strengthening ServiceNow as a core enterprise platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive cross-team collaboration to enhance the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in platform engineering.
- Oversee the implementation of automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of automation and integration technologies.
- Proficiency in software development best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise architecture frameworks is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow.
