About this role
As the AI & ML Lead, you will spearhead the development of our conversational AI system. You will define the technical strategy, lead model design and implementation, and work on large language models (LLMs) to fine-tune, deploy, and optimize human-like conversational agents. This role involves hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and leveraging tools such as OpenAI and cloud systems like AWS for scalable AI deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and ML models for conversational systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Optimize and fine-tune large language models for enhanced performance and user experience.
- Ensure scalable deployments of AI solutions using cloud technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI and ML development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AI and ML technologies, particularly with large language models.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, for deploying AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with tools like OpenAI and other AI frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI and ML projects.
