The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for access control systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
