The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user personas and delivering a seamless user experience. You will take end-to-end ownership of components and be accountable for the subsystems you work on, from design through to deployment and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality code and ensure timely delivery of tasks in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
- Identify and solve performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software engineering with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with system design, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
