The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with a focus on AI-Driven Development and Agentic Workflows. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming the vehicle lifecycle into a connected digital experience through innovative software solutions. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software solutions utilizing AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams and projects.
