Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the software development lifecycle from concept through delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with frameworks and tools like React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
