The team is seeking a Lead Software Developer (Full Stack) with a strong background in Java to join their dynamic team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions that meet business needs while leading a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of full-stack applications using Java, Springboot, and Microservices.
- Design and implement Restful APIs to facilitate seamless integration between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.
- Manage database interactions using SQL and optimize performance.
- Utilize front-end technologies such as Angular or React to create responsive user interfaces.
- Deploy applications on AWS and manage cloud resources effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of Springboot and Microservices architecture.
- Proficient in building and consuming Restful APIs.
- Experience with SQL databases and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
- Knowledge of AWS services and cloud deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack solutions.
