The team is seeking a Lead SFCC Frontend Developer to join their innovative team. This role is essential in driving the development of cutting-edge frontend solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the frontend development team in designing, coding, and implementing SFCC solutions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and engaging user interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and related technologies.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
