The team is seeking a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their innovative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and performance of their AI-powered business operating system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, as well as experience leading teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated test frameworks and tools.
- Lead and mentor a team of SDETs, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance testing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and leadership roles.
