The team is seeking a Lead Recruiter to oversee and enhance the recruitment process within the organization. This role is crucial for attracting top talent and ensuring that the recruitment strategies align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT and non-IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA, MSW, PDGM in Human Resource IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 6 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Familiarity with a wide range of IT and non-IT roles, including Network Server Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Wintel Administrator, O365 Admin, Software Developer, System Admin, Data Analyst, SOC Analyst, and SAP.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 12-15 years in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles.
