About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Quality Platform Engineer specializing in DevOps to drive innovation in their engineering processes. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality and reliability of software products through effective DevOps practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of quality assurance frameworks and processes.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and tools.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate quality checks into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for quality and DevOps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and DevOps roles.
