The team is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of their digital banking and lending solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality assurance and have a strong background in leading QA efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in designing and implementing testing strategies for software applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor and train junior QA engineers to foster a culture of quality within the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
