The team is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to join their dynamic team in the Sports & Entertainment Marketing sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and performance of custom technology solutions that drive audience engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team in developing and implementing testing strategies for various software applications.
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and track them to resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or JUnit.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
