The team is on a mission to reinvent how designers work in the AI era, backed by top investors from leading tech companies. We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of regression prevention and ensure the highest quality of our innovative AI design tool.
In this role, you will:
- Consolidate quality ownership and move beyond fragmented efforts to establish a comprehensive quality assurance strategy.
- Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure best practices are followed.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests to ensure product functionality and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality is prioritized throughout the development lifecycle.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to drive product enhancements.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance with a focus on regression testing and automation.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including experience with automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience: 5-8 years in QA engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
