About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Python Developer with a strong background in web scraping, automated portal interactions, and cloud-native deployment using AWS. This role is critical in architecting and building robust, secure, and scalable scraping solutions that interact with various web services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement web scraping solutions using Python.
- Utilize Playwright for browser automation and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) flows.
- Deploy scalable scraping tasks via AWS Lambda and related services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
- Ensure the security and compliance of scraping solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and web scraping techniques.
- Experience with Playwright or similar browser automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, particularly Lambda.
- Familiarity with managing MFA flows in automated processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Python development and web scraping.
