Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the performance testing strategy and execution for various applications.
- Design and implement performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in performance testing best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in performance testing and quality assurance.
