Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering development team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability in data center operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably within the data center or technology infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, design, and engineering best practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in engineering development and leadership roles.
