The team is seeking a Lead NOC Engineer specializing in Application and Technical Support to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the network operations center, ensuring seamless application performance and providing technical support to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the NOC team in monitoring and managing network performance and application uptime.
- Develop and implement processes to improve service delivery and incident response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Analyze system performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network and application management.
- Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in network operations and application support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and application performance.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a technical support or NOC role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
