The team is seeking a hands-on Lead / Manager – IT Infrastructure & Security to own and scale their internal IT environment. This role is crucial as the company continues to grow and expand its operations globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and security, with a focus on creating robust systems to support organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure and security strategies.
- Oversee network architecture and ensure optimal performance and security of all systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and security metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding data security and privacy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and security, with a strong technical background.
- Proficiency with network technologies, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
