The team is seeking a Lead IT QA Analyst with expertise in NeoLoad Performance Testing Tool to join their team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications through effective testing strategies and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in designing and implementing performance testing strategies using NeoLoad.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and performance requirements.
- Develop and execute performance test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior QA analysts in performance testing best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in performance testing and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on performance testing.
- Strong experience with NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
