About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Tax solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle EBTax/Fusion Tax, and Thomson Reuters OneSource Indirect Tax Determination. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering tax automation and integration solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements workshops to gather and analyze business needs.
- Design and implement tax automation solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Tax products and best practices.
- Support clients through the implementation process, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Train and mentor junior consultants to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBTax/Fusion Tax and Thomson Reuters OneSource.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in tax consulting and implementation.
